Returns
We Are Puppeteers knows that you will love your purchase. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days for a full refund. The item must be in perfect condition as you received it with a copy of the receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping charges. If returning through the Post Office, please have the merchandise insured. Refunds or credit to your account will be handled quickly, usually within 3 weeks of receiving the returned item.
In the event your order was incorrect or missing items on the part of We Are Puppeteers, contact We Are Puppeteers immediately and advise us of the problem. We will make any necessary corrections promptly.
